Down 10 lbs day 1 just 3 lbs since then. 12 Days. Keto IF 1 500 cal per day. Lifting 3 days a week 1 hour cardio a day. Sorry for the Very well made.

Spent the last few months bettering myself Did this was CICO 1200 1400 cals a day and at least an hour of cardio 6 days a week. This community has been so good Very well made.
I know several people say that they hate the treadmill but me LOVE IT I can honestly say that is my favorite form of cardio since Ive built so much endurance to run sprint for long periods Very well made.
